Three Things About Me:

• There was never a time when I didn’t want to be a writer… or live in the woods.
• My inner editor/proofreader works overtime.
• IRL: I’m not quite five foot tall; but my mouth makes up for it.

1: what inspired you to start blogging? Sometimes I’m so introverted, it’s painful. I blog to challenge myself. Toss in a few unspoken rules. Put these little snippets ‘out there.’ Play with the language. The rhythm. Chronicle the stories and lessons I’d like to remember. Personal writing- in a personable way.

2: where do you see yourself in five years? Is this a job interview?? Ha!

3: apart from writing, what else do you like doing? Hiking, camping, cooking and assorted crafts. Visiting family & friends.

4: what’s your favourite quote? So many!!

5: what is your guilty pleasure? [Inhaling Chocolate while…] Listening to classic audiobooks [H.P. Lovecraft!] or true crime -narrated with a British or Irish accent.

I decided to call the award “Mystery Blogger Award.” Why? Because the meaning of my name, “Enigma” is “mystery.” So basically, it’s named after myself; the creator. Plus, I think it’s cool because there are so many blogs that are still a mystery to us; and when we get to know them, it’s divine! And we find friends where we least expect.
